Can I guarantee a specific number in the edition?

No, the images are distributed in a strictly first come first served basis; i.e the earlier you buy the lower the edition number.

How safe is shopping on the Departmentsix.com site?

Your payment will be processed by Worldpay a market-leading payment service provider. Every transaction is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by your browser using 128 Bit SSL. Encapsulated using their own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof. Your prices are all in Pounds Sterling. I am not in the UK, can I purchase one of your images?

Yes, Department Six accepts worldwide payment. The credit card issuer will do the conversion to your local currency. Please note that you will be responsible for any local taxes and duties.

Can I guarantee matching numbers on multiple images?

Unfortunately not, the images are distributed in a strictly first come first served basis; i.e the earlier you buy the lower the edition number.

Will my image be wrapped to avoid any damage?

Each image is first wrapped in archival cellophane, then in a printed tissue paper, this is then placed in a presentation box made from 2000 micron card. The box is lined with a sheet of black foam in the lid and the base to sandwich the image tight and prevent any movement while in transit. The box is then hand wrapped in brown paper.

How will my package be sent?

We use Royal Mail Special delivery for UK orders. This is guaranteed next day delivery, and is fully insured.

When will I receive my print?

Due to the nature of the process, i.e each image is collated, checked and wrapped by hand, delivery could take up to 28 days. That being said we will strive to get your image to you as soon as we can without compromising our extremely high standards of presentation through rushing.

Do you offer a framing service?

No, the prints are all of a standard European framing size (300mm x 400mm) so you should have no problem in finding a ready made frame to suit your interior. Alternatively you may wish to have a frame made by a local picture framer.
